Returns Policy

Unopened Goods

A full refund or product exchange can be made when goods are returned, unopened as new.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase once received, then you can return these within 14 days for a full refund. The returned goods must be in a fully saleable condition on return.

For the avoidance of doubt, a fully saleable condition means:
• Unopened goods
• Goods that have not been used
• Unmarked goods

You will be required to return these items at your own expense, but any initial delivery costs will be refunded as part of your full refund. If you require a collection this can be arranged for £15.

Opened Goods

A refund will be issued to you less any reduction we see fit due to excessive handling.

What is excessive handling?

• Damage to packaging
• Damage to the goods
• Use of the goods

You will be required to return these items at your own expense, but any initial delivery costs will be refunded as part of your full refund. If you require a collection this can be arranged for £15.

Faulty Goods

Any faulty goods can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, a replacement, or a store credit.

In the event of receiving damaged goods please contact us immediately. In most cases we will ask for photographic evidence of the issue.

If we assess your goods to be faulty, we can arrange replacement parts, replacement products or a full refund. If your goods need to be collected or exchanged, we will arrange this on your behalf at our cost.

If we assess your returned goods to be in fully working condition you will be liable for any collection charges that have been incurred.

No refund will be offered after 30 days.

12 Month Warranty

All products bought from Newbank Garden Centre are covered with a 12-month warranty. In the event of any issues with your purchase please contact us immediately. In most cases we will ask for photographic evidence. In rare cases where we can’t source replacement products, parts or offer solutions, we will offer a full refund or exchange for an alternative product.
