Here at Newbank Garden Centre our customers come first. We endeavor to source quality products and make them available at great low prices. We try to ensure our customers receive the very best value for money, which is why we’ve introduced our ‘Price Match Promise’ across hundreds of products.
Our ‘Price Match Promise’ means that if you find a qualifying product cheaper from another UK retailer either online or in a store, we will match that lower price.
Our ‘Price Match Promise’ applies to any items marked with the ‘Price Match Promise’ symbol.
If you would like us to price match a product, you will need speak to a member of staff or if online email us at info@newbankgardencentre.com or call 0161 724 5050. Phone lines are open 10.00-16.00 Monday – Saturday. We will require the selected retailer’s name, description of the product, a web link to the product or store address and the price.
Unfortunately we are unable to price match products that have already been purchased.
The following conditions apply:
Products must be identical (i.e. same name, model and colour), in stock, new, not damaged and sold by another UK based retailer directly through their website of from their stores in £GBP.
‘Price Match Promise’ does not apply to items sold through eBay, Amazon Market Place or any other 3rd Party seller websites and auction websites.7
Our ‘Price Match Promise’ will only apply if competitor has the item in stock.
Items sold as part of a multi, link or bundle deal will be matched to the cheapest price of each item when sold individually.
‘Price Match Promise’ excludes delivery charges, Newbank delivery charges apply as standard unless otherwise stated.
‘Price Match Promise’ cannot be used in conjunction with any other Newbank promotion, discount or voucher offer.
‘Price Match Promise’ is product specific and excludes overarching or store wide or website wide promotions, offers and discounts by any retailer. We will not price match multiple discounts from a selected retailer, only the individual promotional price of the actual product.
Our ‘Price Match Promise’ is for personal use only. We reserve the right to restrict our ‘Price Match Promise’ on each item to one per customer.
‘Price Match Promise’ will not apply if the relevant retailer is in administration or closing down.
‘Price Match Promise’ will not apply on competitors sales.
Newbank reserves the right to remove the ‘Price Match Promise’ from any product without prior notice. The Price Match Promise symbol must be visible on the website or on the displayed price point at the time of the initial request to price match being submitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to evidence the ‘Price Match Promise’ symbol being present at a particular time should this come in to question.
